well i beg to differ,
a proper diet and exercise makes you who you are.
eat rice, a knuckle size rice per meal. small knuckle size= small portion. dont cheat.
eat green, steam em' boil em' eat em' raw
eat meat, eat white meat. grill em' ta
do weight, do cardio
people often assume cardio is 30 min jog.
it is wrong. jogging is one of cardio. but it is boring. unless you have great set of playlist.
after 1 month of jog, soon you will hit the plateu phase.
so what to do?
do pylometrics, do high intensity exercise, go swim, go cycling, do aerobics.
you'll burn your calories.
take caffein,before you work out.
drink plain coffee. then you will be focused.
